The people who are managing the Etobicoke Volleyball will have things that they would specifically expect from a prospective team member. It is on your hands to make it easier for them to make that choice on you by showcasing what you got.

One of the first things that coaches would notice when giving tryouts is the condition of the player. Your physique can be a determinant as to whether they might consider you or not. Love for the game is another thing that coaches would like to see in the players that are trying out to be part of their team. They know that they can trust on players who have mad respect for the game to really do their best to be better at the sports. People who are more dedicated to the game are more likely to get chosen than those who are just casually liking the game.

Coaches would want to find players that are very coachable too. An uncoachable player is only likely to ruin team performance. So, flexibility is always important for you to have.

Of course, your skills are going to count. A lot too. No, the coach is not going to expect you to be the best there is, but he would expect you to have the necessary skills that would allow you to become one of the assets in the team. He knows that he is going to develop you to become a better player. But unless the basic skills are there, he will not be able to see the potential in you.

Your playing experience counts too. It is always evident who the players are that have the most experience in the sports. The way they play, their playing IQ and the way they move on the court just screams experience if they have them. Coaches would prefer the more experienced players especially since this would allow them better knowledge on how to conduct themselves when playing.

You should be athletic too. Remember, this is a sport that would require you to be physically to at all times. Sometimes, your stamina is going to allow you to last well in a game than your skills.
