First, look for a school in your community that specializes in Rolfing. Get yourself enrolled in the said school. If you want to specialize in this field, then you better go to a specialization school because it allows you to mix in academic rigor with your experiential learning. If you get enrolled at the school, you could expect to go through numerous training. The training of the students at the said academy is definitely worth it, considering that it is pretty strict in pursuing excellence. The academy will require the students to complete an instructional hours of more than 600 hours. This allows you to get a certification.

When it comes to this specialty, you will normally have to obtain three units. You have to begin the first of these three units.
