Yes You Can Consider Muscle Advance Creatine

By Quincy McLachlan

Out of all the bodybuilders interviewed only two were using the same brand of creatine. 25% said the type they were using was the best while the others were open to suggestions.

The scientific term for Creatine is methyl guanidine-acetic acid. Creatine is composed of three amino acids - Glycine, Methionine, and Arginine. The human liver has the ability to combine these three amino acids and produce creatine. The other way we get creatine is from our diet/supplements.

Human muscles use ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) for anaerobic exercise (short burst exercises such as weight training). During anaerobic exercise ATP is broken down into two simpler chemicals inorganic phosphate and ADP (adenosine di-phosphate).

One of the first things I noticed was that not too many women were using creatine monohydrate as part of their exercise programs. This is mainly because most women are trying pack on muscle, they are either trying to lose weight or stay in shape. My review revealed that everyone of my interviewees agreed that they were taking creatine to increase muscle mass as fast as possible.

Everyone of them knew and understood how creatine works within their muscles and agreed that creatine can help.Only two of the bodybuilders were in the creatine loading phase, meaning they were taking higher than normal amounts of creatine for a short period of time.

One was taking 35g/day and had been for 6 days so far, while the other was taking around 20g/day and had been for just two days.

At levels of 20% higher than normal work outs go into overdrive allowing you extra reps or higher weights thus producing results sooner.

I immediately felt the effects of this supplement as I was able to complete more repetitions and lift heavier weight in the gym. Every week I became stronger as I started lifting heavier weight than ever before. I noticed increased muscle mass all over my body, especially in my legs.

After six weeks of intense weight training I decided to take another bodyfat test. I physically felt much bigger and was a little hesitant to hear what my bodyfat % was. However I was pleasantly surprised! I weighed in at 178 lbs. My body fat had actually dropped to 6.3%. The trainer explained that I lost 5lbs of body fat and gained an incredible 8lbs of muscle.
